Mtn insurance doesn't pay out
I have insured my iPhone with Mtn for 3 years. The phone got damages and no longer works. I claimed from insurance and have not had a response for a month, other than an automated message from Sean Mokoena stating \Please also note that that the handset might be swapped out with a refurbished handset as per Manufacturer's policy\". Mtn customer care is useless - they don't care, despite a 15 min phone call to them today. I have been an Mtn customer for 18 years!!"
