Mtn insurance does it again...

So October 2016 I got my iPhone 7, November 2016, it breaks, put the claim in, only to be told that it has been declined due to 'another sim card' being entered into a broken phone?? hmm interesting.

Kept going back and forth with mails to Mtn Mall of Africa regarding the status of the claim.

December 2016 - Ask for another status, only to be told Mtn Insurance has moved over to Pinnacle Insurance.

January 2017 - Contact Mall of Africa to once again get feedback.

January 2017 - Re-Submit ALL claim forms - Bare in mind still no feedback from Mtn Mall of Africa

still January 2017 - Get feedback from Mtn Mall of Africa, they supply me with Pinnacle Insurance contact details to see if I can get feedback myself, but Mtn Mall of Africa still insures me they will keep trying.

February 2017 - Finally gets hold on Pinnacle, they are reviewing my claim - AGAIN?? Its been submitted since November 2016? but anyway...

19 February 2017 - Get a phone call saying the claim was approved on the 10th of Feb and my excess is R 300,00. Once the proof of payment has been received i will get contacted to find out where they need to deliver the replacement.

19 February 2017 - Paid R 350.00 excess, just in case R 300.00 is not the right amount.

20 February 2017 - Sent 2 Proof of payments to 2 different people.

21 February 2017- Still waiting for feedback

22 February 2017 - Still waiting...

23 Febraury 2017 - Called Pinnacle again and got notified that I still owe R 250.00 on my excess, because the wrong amount was given at first. Excess shouldve been R600.00 and not R300.00, because I used to be an Autopage client!!

MTN, Pinnacle - why is it that I wait 3 months for feedback, and then when i get it, I get told my excess is an amount of R 300.00 only to pay R 350.00 just in case, but then i get told later on it is actually R 600.00 due to me being a previous Autopage client????
