MTN insurance ****!! Do not take it

MTN insurance has to be the worse insurance ever!!! I'm paying about R172.00 on insurance however they take so long to provide an outcome!!!! How can my claim be under review when you haven't even received the phone!!! With this delay how long must i be without a phone?!

I have been with MTN for the past 10 years and always added insurance cover but once my contract is up.. I will definitely be cancelling.
