Mtn Insurance disgusting service

<p>I took my phone for screen repairs in October 2016, when the phone came back the screen was loose and the speaker was not working,I took the phone back to MTN Insurance headoffice in November, I did not receive feedback since I took the phone back,in January I went to the headoffice to enquire and the phone was with couriers u repaired, they assured me that they would return the phone as fast as they can,it's now February and I am back at MTN head office and my phone is still with couriers,the customer service is poor and disgusting due to people not doing their job,the lady who is assisting me is Itumeleng, Poor poor service and I still do</p>
