MTN Insurance - difficulty in cancelling contract

I have been struggling since October 2020 to cancel my cell phone contract. I eventually got that sorted and then realised I needed to cancel my insurance still. I have been struggling with this since February. I received an e-mail in April 2021 confirming that it has been cancelled and that I would get a refund. It is now May 2021 and I have been debited again. I am so frustrated now.
