MTN Insurance department

MTNLA ********** I had a claim 3 years ago, I had a Cat for 3 months when it was reported to be "beyond economical repair " by MTN. I was offered a phone to the highest value of R2500. The phone value was R5500 and paid a premium to the value for insurance. I rejected their proposal and since have no response from them. I have been sending emails to all the divisions and still no reply. Is this not ***** refusing to settle a claim? Taking insurance money each month and not paying a claim? Never in my life again will I have a MTN contract
