MTN Insurance Department

<p>I lost my phone onthe 1st August... Got the ITP number, Got case nr at Police. Emailed, and faxed the completed claim form which I downloaded) on the 2nd. MTN Insurance did receive got an Ref Nr ********** 2.</p> <p>After two weeks nothing happens,,, Tried for 2 hours just to get someone on the line... because all the nrs pressed just says invalid nr... Finally got hold of agent, worker... just to say nof fax received (all pages did go through have proof of this) and emailed documents ... not received... but I got the reference nr.. Lady said she will send email and I must just respond by 'n reply and to attach documents again which I did... Days and DAys have passed with no response... Cannot get through to anybody to see how far claim is.. even if you follow here menu on the phone... Disgusting service.....</p>
