Mtn insurance delaying my claim

I have logged a claim with mtn insurance since 26 July 2022 and I was told that my issue will be resolved within 14 working days and since now my claim is still in progress but the insurance is deducting the money even though I do not have the device anymore. Please resolve the matter urgently as I cannot pay for what I don't have.
