Mtn insurance declined my claim with no valid reason

Good day am having insurance with mtn insurance, now i lost my laptop which was ****** inside my car where i suspect that people who ****** the laptop in my car boot they jammed the car and stole it so when i claim at mtn insurance they declined my saying they say they won't cover it since there was no force of entry they only jammed the vehicle while my cover was all risk which was covering theft, damage and lost so am surprised now when they declined my claim
