Mtn insurance declined my claim
I had insurance with mtn for my phone for a couple of years. I lost my phone in December 2017 and submitted my claim with supporting documents. My claim was declined, reason being that I lost my phone in a mall which is a public setting.
Does mtn not cover phones lost in public settings? I am still confused about why my claim was declined.
