MTN Insurance Debit Orders still going off

I cancelled my MTN phone and insurance contract in November 2022. I am still getting debit orders going off for the insurance even after emailing and calling MTN Insurance so many times to sort out the issue. I will never insure my phone with MTN as they are not capable of simple tasks like cancelling debit orders when a contract has ended.
