MTN Insurance

I honestly haven’t had much problems with `MTN, when I got my phone the consultant insisted i ensure my phone which i did. Now my phone is not working and the tone changed now i have to deal with the insurance myself. I just think it’s only people centric when buying but then you own your own when having an issue.

I would like the consultant to be more helpful even toward the insurance claim the same way they vouch for the insurance when they want us to ensure, ,my problem is still not resolved and i wait few days for them to debit my account.

Even the consultant at MTN don't have faith in their company when its time for a claim.
