MTN Insurance

I've been a loyal MTN subscriber for almost 15 years and over time I've had some really bad experiences - such as MTN's inability to protect client data but my recent experience with insurance has to be the worst. It's taken more than a week and several attempts to have my phone collected for repairs and your MTN Direct stores won't accept it to arrange the phone collection from their store. This Admyntec company, has hung up on me five times, when I followed up.
