MTN INSURANCE COMPANY TRYING VERY HARD NOT TO PAY ME

This company is completely useless together with MTN itself I lodged a claim back in October towards the end the claim ended up at admyntec because it was only registered in November only at the end of December after making numerous calls my claim was declined. it is declined because in 2017 i made a claim for a ****** phone, the claim was approved and a new phone was mailed to me, my insurance was updated telephonically but the details of the new phone were never captured so the mtn system now says the phone i am claiming for was last used in 2017 and no ones seems to want to take ownership of the fact that the details of the new which i received from them were never updated, I have now paid insurance premiums for 3 months for a phone i dont even have because of their incompetence. as we speak my claim has still not been resolved and it is very annoying and unfortunate
