Mtn insurance company is not professional

I lost a phone that is in contract with Mtn and I have insured it. Then I submitted my claim with Mtn insurance on the 9th of January 2020 and l did not attached the affidavit as required of which I submitted it on the 20th of January.

I received an email notifying me that all supporting documents required were received by the Mtn team and the team is busy processing the claim and they will revert back to me , Since then I awaited their response and I made thousands follow ups and the response I get is that they are still busy verifying the claim which is taking more than 30 days now without any proper feedback.

I urgently need a phone, and the services that I am receiving it’s so unprofessional ....
