Mtn insurance company is a ****

I reported ****** contract phones that are insured at mtn on 05/02/2021.The phones are Samsung S10+ & Huawei matte 20 lite which were both blacklisted on the same day.The case no for Samsung S10+ is 01/02/2021 & the ITC ref no is ***6.Case no for Huawei is *** wth ITC ref ***7.S10+ number was ***) which is my number and for Huawei was ***.I submitted all the necessary documents including paying excess fees of R300 for each phone but till today I have not received my phones.I've been since calling the insurance claims no *** doing a follow-up and they always told me that my phones are on the way for delivery with the courrier.I repeat till today(a month later) I haven't received my phones and they don't even have a decency to call me.I'm the one who always have to run after them,I've called a million times without getting helped .On the 15th I'm due for a monthly instalment.How am I & my daugter expected to survive without a phone for over a month?Why do we pay the insurance if this is the service we get in times of need?I am so disgusted by their poor service and I can't wait for my term/contract to end with them.
