MTN insurance company

I've been receiving worse service with MTN Insurance ever since I lost my phone. Their insurance department is operating like a **** company they are full of lies, until today I'm still waiting for my replacement device after I've submitted my claim 3 weeks ago and I had to leave and go back to work without my device that I am currently paying for including the insurance. All they do is just lies. I am going to search for a better insurance company, MTN insurance is the worst company to deal with
