Mtn insurance claims bad service

Wow, Mtn and Admytec services after paying excess fee of a R1000 and 3 years of insurance payments without claiming from the insurer. Zero communication from your insurance department on my phone getting repaired', i have to utilise my airtime and data everyday to track the claim. Why did i fill in forms and pay so much excess fee on a phone that is not being repaired. Such bad service from you guys. Utterly disappointment!
