MTN Insurance Claim Process Inconvenient

The MTN device insurance claims that one will receive replacement as soon as 24 hours. However, over 24 hours already and the claim has not even been allocated to a consultant and not yet reviewed. No sense of urgency at all even after follow-up emails and calls. I took this insurance so that I avoid the inconvenience of this stress in the event of loss or theft. It is really annoying and inconsiderate. I do not recommend!
