MTN Insurance Claim Outcome

From the 19/10/2023 I lost my @17:00 Huawei P40 Lite and next day i submitted my claim with MTN insurance with everything they wanted from I have been back and forth with them, up until they told me that MTN Insurance outcome is that they wont be replacing my device that was on the 12/12/2023 because I didn’t put my Simard that come with the phone, from the being when I first took the insurance with MTN I did disclosed that I won’t be using that number and that was fine with MTN at that time. I have claim with MTN before my phone was broken and they replaced with the same number I was using with no problem. But now it’s a different story on my second claim.
