MTN Insurance claim no GO zone

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I have been a loyal customer to too long, 3 accounts (products) with MTN</span><br style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">1 of my products was insured, lost is 2 month back</span><br style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">now MTN is refusing to pay back my claim saying it was not paid.</span><br style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">that after 2 months of claiming calling not getting throw to the call sent.</span><br style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;" /><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Now they also want proof of the broken car window the guys broke to still the phone.</span></p>
