MTN Insurance claim no GO zone

<p>I have been a loyal customer to too long, 3 accounts (products) with MTN<br />1 of my products was insured, lost is 2 month back<br />now MTN is refusing to pay back my claim saying it was not paid.<br />that after 2 months of claiming calling not getting throw to the call sent.<br />Now they also want proof of the broken car window the guys broke to still the phone.<br /><br /></p>
