Mtn Insurance claim no feedback since May 2015
on the 04 May 2015 I submitted an insurance claim to mtn insurance ref number( [#***0]) my phone is damaged so I have been waiting patiently for Mtn Insurance to call me back,I have been sent from pillar to post,i have sent numerous emails and no response.I have called their insurance department but I cant get through,I have compliant to their call centre department but my complain is falling on deaf ears ,my phone is badly damaged and I need someone from the mtn insurance to give me a feedback regarding my claim
