MTN Insurance claim gone wrong!!!!

I put in a claim for a device insured with MTN, I had to cause a scene to have the phone collected as the consultant who captured the policy captured It incorrectly. I had to be inconvenienced about that. It's the 28th of January 2021 and I still haven't received my phone which was collected more than 2 weeks ago. All I ever get is that "the technicians are in the repair process". I have spoken to Ntombi Khoza who took my call and couldn't get hold of her team leader who is Charmaine Mnguni.

I need that phone fully repaired ASAP!!!
