MTN Insurance claim for repairs

I have insured my tablet with MTN insurance. According to the contact, they are to collect the tablet for repairs after receiving my claim form. I sent the claim form to them on 17 June 2015. To date there has not been a response. I have called their 808 number until I am blue in the face. Today, the number does not even go through.<br> <br> Can someone please tell me how do I get through to MTN? It has been over a month now. My patience has really run out.
