MTN Insurance Claim for a phone

MTN I logged my claim on the 04th of April 2023. I have not received any feedback from you besides requesting documents. I provided as required documents. It has been more than three weeks now waiting on a status of this claim. I was told to confirm the phone capacity, which I did via email and send a picture of the box. That was last week.

I have to call your call center daily requesting updates and still get told the same thing which is to confirm the phone capacity.

Why the hell do you always waste our time telling us about recorded phone calls? Is this not the time to pull up those stupid recordings? Bear in mind, this is no fault of mine as a client as I have given you the correct device capacity, your *********** operators captured incorrectly and I am inconvenience.

This is not the service I signed up for, nor willing to continue paying my money for. For gods sake I am claiming a phone not a train.

Please resolve this urgently!!!
