MTN insurance claim delined!

MTN insurance claim (all risk premium pm) declined because my claim because phone was stollen through car door jam lock, hence there was no force of entry. I couldnt avoid that, I called them to blacklist the device for that reason, yet they deline! they say it was negliegence. I find these inusrance to be ****s at some point, they kept me run around for 3 weeks only to come to decline the claim based on negliegence for being car jammed. noy happy at all.
