MTN insurance claim delayed and bad service

I reported my phone ****** and lodged a claim for mtn insurance at MTN Clearwater with the hopes of making sure my claim is lodged correctly and the process runs smoothly. A week later of no communication from both mtn insurance and mtn. i contacted mtn insurance to follow up on my claim. Apparently, it was not lodged. The consultant claimed to have lodged it for me a whole week after waiting. I contacted mtn a few days later to follow up again and IT STILL WAS NOT LODGED. I was told that the consultant did not lodge the claim 'correctly' and I should wait another 24hrs. I CALLED 72HOURS later. and guess what? Still in process. it has been 3 weeks. I am without a phone and a number that I use for business and academic purposes. I am being made a fool of by both mtn and admyntec. I have reached out to both businesses to no avil. DO NOT CONSIDER MTN

0/100 for service. MTN was charging me more than the stipulated contract amount for the first few months, this store which helped me open with the contract did not help me with anything. I recently went to the store to lodge an insurance claim with the hopes of doing everything correctly. When I contacted MTN (7 DAYS LATER) it still had not been lodged. I tried emailing the person that was assisting me at the store to no avail. Not only was my time and resources to get to the store a waste, but there is 0 accountability from both MTN and this store.
