Mtn insurance claim

I'm a loyal client of MTN I have a contract with them and insurance with them I have reported my lost phone on the 7th of April 2020. I have emailed them serval times and they don't give me any info regarding my process of my claim, they are still busy review my claim and i must wait for them to solve this. Are the Mtn going to cover me while I don't have a phone
