MTN INSURANCE CLAIM
Request number:***......hello I have sent an email to mtn insurance via mtn rustenburg square pertaining to my damaged phone on the 17th march 2016 and was helped by a very helpful respectable young man and unfortunately Mtn insurance hasn't come back to me to fix my phone...this is an inconvenience to me as I am a business man and my business has stopped since my phone damaged...I tried calling mtn insurance but they dont answer the phone and their phone hangs up on itself....I went to mtn shop again and we wrote a message again to mtn but stil no response..its been a month now waiting on when my phone will be fixed and MTN INSURANCE gets money from me monthly but no help when I need them..this is ridiculous and unprofessional the way I am treated. I need my phone to be fixed ASAP as this is delaying my businesses and have clients who m dealing with but I cnt now because I have no phone.<br> <br> get back to me immediately.<br> regards <br> Dr G Tau ***.
