MTN insurance claim

The Insurance was finally approved after so much up and down of paying fees for delivery, scanning and emailing proof of payment. Each and everyday I have to call and email MTN Insurance. I am still waiting on suppliers that I was not told before hand that they are closed. The suppliers recently opened on 06/01/2020. My device has been ordered but no proper feedback is given as to whether the device is in stock or when it will be dispatched and ready for courier pick up. I was advise of 7-14 days, the time scale passed then I was advised of 3-5 working days, still nothing... This morning I received an email asking for my payment reference or ID for a payment that was made long ago. I am furious and I doubt I will ever be happy with MTN. I cannot wait to finish this contract and be done with them. Proper feedback would be highly appreciated.
