Mtn insurance claim

I have never been so ill treated like this i have 2 devices with Mtn and are both insured on the 24/11/2023 it happened that 2 men came in and held us gunpoint at our home and took our phones we then reported at our nearest police station with case number 269/11/2023 . I have been paying well for the past 24 months since I took a 36 months contract only to get declined when I'm only left with 12 months paying for a R28000 iphone 13 and R16000 iphone 11 for this whole 36 months what kind of a company is mtn? To even trust mtn insurance what does insurance mean at this point we are being ****med for this so called insurance , at this point I wish I never trusted or took any device from mtn and i can't wait for this 12 months to end so i can cancel everything that has to do with mtn. I am devastated as I have to continue paying for devices that I don't own. And even worse for insurance company to cancel my insurance without my consent or permission it like you were waiting for something to happen so you can gladly cancel insurance, you dont even call to find out if we still keeping the insurance for future use in case we decide to do an early upgrade or even upgrade a device and still be insured, they can cancel the insurance after declining your claim. I so believe I have been ****med and Mtn is not the company you can trust or recommend someone else to use their service as a big company to be so unprofessional and inconsiderate I highly dont recommend these people honestly 😑😒
