MTN Insurance claim

I have had the MTN insurance for my Iphone7 for almost two years and unfortunately I lost it and had to claim for a new one. I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for a phone instead they send me a phone that I did not agree to and that is not even close to what I am covered for, R4000 less to be precise! The consultants and supervisors have been assuring me for the past week that the phone would be collected till today I am still waiting, I have called the call center everyday for the past 2 weeks. Instead they even hang up on me and even when the supervisors promise to get back to me they just never do instead they don't even take my calls anymore.

I don't know what type of **** show MTN is running and I would never recommend their service or insurance to my worst Enemy. They are very quick to "Apologize for the Inconvenience" but never fix it. Their service is very undermining especially because I pay them every month on time without delays.

It is very saddening that I cannot even communicate with my loved ones during these difficult times or even continue running my business as I do not have a cellphone.

I have sent numerous emails to them but nothing has been done in the last 3 weeks since my claim!!!!!
