MTN Insurance claim
I submitted a insurance claim on the 18th May 2015 at 12:23 to [Email Removed]
I did not get any feedback from besides the automated response and my reference number of ***0.

I then contacted the call centre and finally got through and asked if I am able to take my device to the walk in centre. They advised me I could do so. I booked in the device 25 May 2015 at the MTN walk in centre Midrand.

I then received an email from MTN on the 28th May 2015 stating device is deemed to be beyond economical repairable. I may proceed to a MTN owned store and collect a new device to the value of R8 213.62. Then MTN has been on strike and no one was able to help me with getting a new device.

MTN has then started operating again, I tried to go and get a device, however my device is no longer in stock with MTN. I have to opt for another device which is cheaper than my insured cover. I have then submitted a quote for the device that I want. I still waiting feedback from MTN insurance to get this matter resolved.

I have tried calling *** and *** with no luck. Emails sent are still not being responded to at all.
