MTN insurance claim

I lost my phone last year December, summitted a claim and when ever I contact Mtn I'm given the run around's. Asked to speak to a manager more than 2 time and the manager is always busy on another line. Im left stranded with no phone and MTN cant give me an answer. Im also going to write to the media as well as MTN'S CEO this is utter mediocre.
