Mtn insurance claim

<p>I have reported a lost to mtn and the mtn insurance claims department wrote to abd said they have outstanding information, i called them to enquire about what is outstanding they told me that the dates on the form i have filled are saying the handset was lost last year of which i a knowledged that it was me who made a mistake i corrected that and they were fine and then they sebt another sms claims there is also an outstanding info i called them back to ask what do they need, they told me that the phone is blacklisted and i called the blacklisting department they confirmed that the phone is indeed blacklisted. Now i called them again to confirm but still they are claiming that the phone is still not blacklisted and i dont know what to do now. I reported the phone in March but up to now i am still calling and explaining it to them. I need assistance.</p>
