MTN Insurance

Insurance department of MTN do not adhere to turn around times they give you, I was told 24 hours then did a follow up and was told to submit documents, I submitted documents they then said 24 hours again. Did a follow up after 29 hours and still get told it’s not done I should wait another 24 hours
