MTN INSURANCE Cancelled my insurance without my approval and declined my claim without a valid reason

Good day

My name is lunathi Duna I write this email to express my disappointment in how Mtn insurance handled my issue as a paying customer. I bought two hauwei Nova 8i on Mtn contract and insured them with Mtn insurance. Unfortunately I was ****** and had one of my phones taken from me, I went to the police station and opened a case then got all the documents needed from me by mtn insurance for my claim but after a month of no communication today I was told that my claim was declined and my policy terminated. their reason was because the Sim card that was on my other phone was not the one on my contract,this is frustrating because I used 2 phone 1 with the mtn contract Sim card and another one with uses a different network provider .the one I lost I was using a different network provider both phones are insured with Mtn insurance. I don't know why they use that as an excuse not to approve my claim as it was the devices that I insured not the Sim card. Not only am I still trying to recover from the traumatizing experience of being ****** now I have to go though this with my insurer. Can you please help get this issue sorted
