MTN insurance cancellation impossible

I cancelled my insurance in February and they kept on billing me, I have called in several times and sent all relevant documents to show them but still to date no one is getting back to me. I called in last week and they said they have escalated the matter and the supervisor was supposed to call me back but that has not happened. I am so frustrated don't know what to do anymore.
