MTN Insurance cancellation
I have been trying to cancel my insurance since November 2019. I received emails confirming cancellation, spoke to numerous people at MTN insurance, even forwarded messages on social media sites, yet, the insurance premiums still reflects on my newest statements. At the moment I am paying for something that got cancelled! I have been with MTN since 2012 but this is really turning out to be such a frustration!
