MTN Insurance Cancelation

I requested to cancel insurance in October 2020, finally cancelled end Jan/beginning Feb. With every request for a refund (as they continued to debit my account) or feedback, I received the stock standard: "Good day I trust you are well. Thank you for the below email. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Kindly note that your request for refund it still in process. kind regards" (copied and pasted from last correspondence Feb 4).

Not sure what more to do.

I'd strongly discourage anyone from dealing with MTN.
