MTN Insurance call center
<p>I submitted claim with mtn insurance for my cellphone on the 12th of January and two days later i got a text from them saying that my claim cannot be processed because of missing information and a claims consultant will be in contact. I still haven't heard from MTN Insurance. I have tried calling but i just hold on the line for +-10 min daily and my calls eventually gets ended. </p>
