MTN Insurance by Gaurdrisk

You guys seriously need to take your Moblie INsurer ( Gaurdrisk) to task as they are dragging your name through the mud and you are oblivious to this.

I have gone through a few reviews on Hellopeter and almost all are negative. I have been to your WalmerPark Store countless times and the poor consultant phones and sends mails to them and they blatently ignore him. How can you expect the delivery of a phone 16 days after excess was paid and proof sent?

[I have a Device insured via MTN with Gaurdrisk. I submitted a claim a month ago and paid my excess over 2 weeks ago and still havnt received the device. I spoke with Nary today who advised me that the device is still not despatched, this after I was told lastweek Friday that it has beent sent. I requested to speak to a Supervisor and after 25minutes the Supervisor ( Fikile) still couldnt take the call as she was busy and I couldnt hold longer as she could be busy all day. This is the worst service I have received from a Service Provider ever!! How can you wait for a month to get a device sent to you??]
