MTN INSURANCE - Breach of contract
I shattered my iPhone 6Plus screen recently and took my phone in to the Mtn service centre in Montague Gardens to have it repaired. I got notification back on the 22nd of July that \We therefore unable to honour your claim as your equipment is not insured with MTN Insurance."<br> MTN"

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
We do pick up on the account that you do have insurance service. As per the insurance department you need to take the handset back to the MTN service centre for rebooking of the handset, once you have received the JOB card number you can send to me the Job card number for the insurance department to approve the claim.
If the handset is with the repair store, R330.00 need to be paid over to the store, they will assist you with more information regarding this payment.
