MTN Insurance

Mtn messed up my insurance I have x2 iphone 13's i have been trying to resolve this since I moved to this network to no avail I am now being charged R3000.00 and I am awaiting rectification before I can make payment it is absurd I have to make extra payments for a phone I do not have and insurance I do not have. I AM LIVID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
