MTN Insurance-BAD - stay away

MTN insurance. The most pathetic service I ever encountered. Now 3 weeks waiting for my phone to be repaired. I called the Centre daily and holding as they cannot het hold of the repair centre.... Today I phoned and was informed it will be delivered today. No delivery. And when I phoned all supervisors left office. MTN insurance asked for my phone pin last week to test and repair. Only realizing now that you have accesss to all my passwords and internet banking..... I will cancel all my device insurance with MTN. DO NOT USE THEM

Phoned today again. Now it is stil with repair but yesterday you said it is with courier to be delivered.
Hahahaha!!
Once I get my device Back I will cancel my 4 device insurance contracts with you.
