MTN Insurance bad service no response / feedback

<p>I reported my phone to mtn insurance on the 11 of april and was advised that they will get back to me after 5 working days , after the 5 days no one called me back I had to call mtn back myself then I asked mtn insurance for a loan phone and I had to wait for another 5 days before they could pick up my phone and give me a loan phone ,when they delivered my loan phone it was not working and I had to wait for another week ,when I called mtn to find out how long I had to wait for my phone they told me my phone was in Durban and was delivered to the wrong place and I am based in Johannesburg so I am not too sure how they got that wrong . When my second loan phone was delived it was flat so I signed for it without even checking if its working or not since it was flat .When I finally checked if the phone is working I found that they borrowed me a phone that is not in a proper working condition the volume is low and the phone speakers are horrible I have to put in on vibration so that I can use my alarm and for calls Ican barely hear when anyone calls me .I called them on the 18th of May to tell them that the phone that they borrowed me is faulty but instead of them actually delivering my own phone they deliver another loan phone to my home address without even calling me to advise me ,they found that I was not at home then decided to call me and tell me they are at my house.They still have not called me back to advise me when they will deliver my phone .I spoke to Zaihda Kuhn she called and told me that she will call me on the 20th of may with Feedback as to how far the mtn repairs were with my phone but she never called me back on the 20th </p> <p>Today is the 24th of May and she still has not called me back I called MTN insurance and I was advised by an Agent called Dineo that Zaihda Kuhn is on study leave.I called mtn insurance in the past month more that 10 times holding on the line and being put from one department to another the only persen that ever tried to assist me is Chamaine Mnguni .I called today and I asked to speak to a manger since Zaihda Kuhn decided to go on study leave with out getting back to me but I was advised by an acting team leader called Ndumiso Magubane that there is no manager on the floor and that he is the only one available .I am waiting for him to call me back before the end of the day .I am so upset right and i really don't know what else to do .</p>
