MTN Insurance - Bad Service

<p>Hi I have been trying to cancell my MTN insrance for a month now and i have not been successful. I have sumbitted my cancellation form and emailed it. I have also submitted the cancelation on the MTN website page numerous times. I have call the call centre line. However all my efforts have not been successful. MTN is still charging me for my Insurance i dont know for what because i have not upgraded my phone. So basically they taking my money. Im tired and facstrated i have not defaulted on a single payment, i dont know why im being treated like this. Its very frustrating and finacial cripiling. my refence number is [# ********** 4]. If i dont receive any feedback soon i will have to take this to the consumer protection and lawyers to cancel and reclaim my money. </p>
