MTN Insurance......Bad Service

I have a contract phone with mtn plus mtn insurance. Exactly a month ago I had to take my phone for repairs in the Midrand repair centre. I am told the phone is beyond economic repairs and they await response from insurance. I faxed and emailed my claim on the 4th of Feb and no response whatsoever. I have tried calling the insurance myself but no one answers. A month without a phone but I still pay for insurance, that's not fair....
