Mtn insurance bad customer service

Mtn insurance is giving me a run around regarding my claim, I submitted my claim documents on the 24th of January. 2days later when I enquire they said they didn't receive the documents, I resubmitted on the 26th and was told it would be finalised in 5 days. On the 1st when I call they now saying it takes 7 to 14 working days and the consultant was very rude. My ref no *** /141227
